Understand What We Collect and What We Leave Alone

Suppose you open a review page on this site, read a few paragraphs about trading conditions, and then close the tab without typing anything. In that ordinary visit, our web server records the request itself: the page you asked for, the time of the request, the browser and device type reported by your browser, and a truncated network address used to route the response. That is the basic footprint of a page view, and it is the same kind of record any static website keeps in order to serve pages and spot abuse.

From that example we can state the general rule. We collect what is needed to run and protect an editorial website: server logs, aggregate visit counts, and any message you choose to send us through the contact form on this site, including the name and contact details you put in it. We do not collect trading account numbers, deposit records, identity documents, bank details, or any information about your positions, because this site does not offer accounts, accept deposits, or provide financial services of any kind. We do not ask for your broker login, and you should never send it to us.

We do not run profiling for advertising, and we do not build individual reader profiles for sale. Where analytics are used, they are configured to measure page traffic in aggregate rather than to follow a single reader across other websites.

See Where Data Travels and Who Receives It

This site is published from servers and content delivery nodes that may sit outside India, and the service providers that keep it online, deliver its pages, and carry its contact form messages may operate in other jurisdictions as well. If you are reading from India, your page request and any message you send may therefore be processed abroad. Those providers act on our instructions and are bound to use the information only to supply the service concerned.

Recipients fall into a short set: the hosting and delivery providers that serve the pages, the provider that handles contact form delivery, and, where a legal obligation applies, a competent authority that makes a lawful request. We do not sell personal data to anyone, and we do not pass reader details to brokers, affiliates, lead brokers, or advertising networks for their own marketing. Because this site is independent and not affiliated with any broker, there is no commercial pipeline through which a reader's details would flow to a trading platform.

Access inside our small editorial operation is limited to those who need it to answer a message or keep the site running.

Set How Long Records Stay

Server logs and aggregate traffic records are kept for a short operational window, generally no longer than is needed for security review and basic statistics, and are then deleted or reduced to figures that no longer identify a visitor. Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up you initiate, after which they are removed on a routine schedule.

If a record is tied to an open complaint or a legal requirement, it may be held until that matter closes. We do not keep archives of reader correspondence beyond that point. When a retention period ends, the record is deleted or anonymised rather than stored indefinitely.

Protect Children and Apply an Age Limit

This site is written for adults who want to read editorial commentary about a trading platform. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen. If you are under eighteen, please do not use the contact form or send us personal details.

If we learn that a message or record came from a child, we will delete it. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent information through this site can reach us through the contact form on this site, and we will act on that request.
